Q - What is the average cost to ship?
A - To ship one puzzle typically costs $6.99, two puzzles cost $8.99 to ship. It cost $9.99 to ship three, and orders of four or more Flipzles receive free shipping.

Q- How long does shipping take?
A - Usually 2-5 business days.

Q - What shipping service do you use and who is fulfilling orders?
A - I fulfill the orders myself. I typically use USPS priority mail, but on some occasions I send via FedEx or standard mail. If you have a preference feel free to send me a direct email request.

Q - What are Flipzles made out of and how easy are they to keep clean?
A - Flipzles are made out of Basswood. This type of wood is considered eco friendly because it is a renewable resource. It is available in greater supply compared to many other types of wood (some of which come from endangered trees) therefore it is a more popular wood choice among those thinking about the environment. On top of the wood a laminate print is adhered to the wood, allowing the puzzles to be wiped clean. I like to clean by spraying a light coat of disinfectant on the laminate surfaces.

Q- How durable are they?
A - Flipzles are thick and very durable. They are made to last for years and years with proper care. Sometimes the corners of the pictures may start to peel up. When that happens a small piece of sandpaper can gently be rubbed to remove the loose paper. That way tiny fingers won’t be tempted to continue pealing (I know from experience ;).

Q - Will you be adding more? If so, when?
A - Yes! The two newest Flipzles -- Flipzles FARM and Flipzles PET MANSION are currently being released. I have a list of many more that I want to create and hope to release 2 new ones every year. Creating the puzzles is by far my favorite part of the business and is why I do everything else.

Q - Are Flipzles safety tested?
A - Yes, we make sure that they meet all ASTMF963 requirements. They are also tested and comply with phthalates and lead regulations.

Q - Do you accept PayPal?
A- I don’t have a spot on the website for Paypal, but if you would prefer to pay with paypal email me your order ([email protected]) and I will arrange for you to pay that way.

Q - What ages are Flipzles best for?
A - Because Flipzles offer so many play options, that question doesn’t have a direct answer. Small toddlers like to play with the pieces, but are not yet able to solve the challenging puzzle. 4-9 year olds are happy telling stories with the pieces and especially enjoy the challenge of solving the puzzle. Older kids like to race and even adults often can’t resist a wooden jigsaw puzzle.
